Dietrine review
Before writing this article, I had intended to write it in exactly the same manner, as I would have any other weight loss article. However, given that Dietrine is such a unique and hugely different product in so many ways compared to its competitors I thought that it would be a better idea to write a slightly different article so as to best reflect this.
In order to better assess the effectiveness of the Dietrine product, I thought that it would be worthwhile to change my diet to a very carb one, and record the results with such a drastic change implemented. The rationale for this approach is that because Dietrine is a carb blocker, then the most ideal way of determining its effectiveness would be to ensure that there is sufficiently high levels of carbs in existence. Because my diet typically tends to be rather lacking in carbs, for the sake of assessing this product, i thought that a massive overhaul was in order.
My diet consists of:
• Two beers a day (Miller Genuine Draft)
• One sandwich a day on whole wheat bread.
• A roll with dinner.
• Cereal in the morning.
• Plenty of mashed and roasted potatoes.
I cannot emphasise this point enough, I am not indulging in a high fat content diet, but rather a diet that has a high level of carbs in it.
My Results
The results seemed to take forever to appear, whilst I managed to gain around 6 pounds in the first fortnight of my “experiment”, this is more than likely due to the fact that I caved in and went overboard in my consumption of the carbs (all in the name of research you understand) and this was achieved by having at a bare minimum of 2 differing sources of both simple and complex carbs.
As of the Weeks 3 and 4, I had lost 5 pounds, and even when I came off the Dietrine, I found that I had managed to lose an additional 4 pounds. So, to sum up, despite a super saturated carb diet, in the space of one month, I have managed to lose a total of 8 pounds. To be honest, that is quite the achievement.
I was very surprised that I didn’t gain more weight, and was very pleased (and surprised as well to be honest) that Dietrine had worked so effectively. Best of all, there was no side effects whatsoever, which is a major plus.
Conclusion
Losing weight is not the easiest thing to do in the world, so any possible advantage a person may have is a definite bonus. Many people seem to overestimate the value of weight loss supplements, taking a pill for a certain amount of time is not the answer, you need to be able to make long lasting and drastic life style changes in order to ensure optimal results.
Dietrine is no exception to this general rule, but that’s a positive. Despite my best efforts to sabotage the effectiveness of the pill, I could not help but be impressed by its effectiveness.
